Origin & Collaboration
This Rosé comes from the South of France (Vin de France Rosé), produced through a collaboration between Invivo & Co, Sarah Jessica Parker, and a family estate in Provence (Vins Chevron Villette). The 2021 vintage is part of the Invivo X, Sarah Jessica Parker wine range.
Vineyards & Style
Grapes are sourced from vineyards located inland between Puget-Ville, Les Arcs and Le Thoronet Abbey. Soils range from clay-limestone to argilo-siliceous, typical of the “Golden Triangle” of Saint Tropez.
Winemaking
Winemaking involves whole bunch fermentation with only a few hours of skin (maceration) contact to impart subtle colour, followed by soft pressing. Then the wine is fermented cool in stainless steel, with maturation on lees for texture. Malo-lactic fermentation is prevented to maintain crisp freshness.
Tasting Notes
Colour: Pale pink, sitting firmly in the “classic pale & dry” style of French Rosé.
Aroma: Perfumed and lifted, with pink florals, red berries, subtle herbs and mineral overtones.
Palate: Fresh and vibrant—red berries and rose petal flavours, savory herbal hints, fine minerality, leading to a clean, even, long finish.
Food Pairing Suggestions
Pairs beautifully chilled as an aperitif. Also delicious with grilled fish, goat cheese, fresh salads, or dishes seasoned with herbs de Provence.
