In the rare instance that you are not satisfied with a wine purchased from Wine Marketplace, then we are more than happy to provide you with a full refund for purchase (including freight costs). Just let us know that you are not satisfied with the wine within 3 months of buying the wine, we'll refund or credit you in full (including freight costs) an amount equal to the value of your remaining unopened bottles plus one opened bottle only; or in the case of mixed packs, on a bottle by bottle basis and suggest you continue to try the other different wines rather than sending them back without tasting them first. All refunds are processed within 7 days of your notification or from the date that the remaining wines are returned to us.
These goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
