When will I get my order?
Once your order is placed, it will be sent to one of our warehouses for processing, then collected by one of our freight partners to deliver to your door.
Each product listing will show the time your order takes to dispatch (i.e. the time it takes to leave our warehouse). In order to get your purchase to you in the quickest time possible, we use some of Australia’s largest and most trusted freight providers.

Some of our products are eligible for free shipping. We use Australia Post eParcel Express and Priority Mail services to ensure your goods arrive as quickly as possible.
Once you have placed your order, please allow 1 business day for our team to prepare your order for collection by Australia Post. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, delivery to most areas of Australia will occur within just 1 business day!

Some of our products are eligible for Premium Delivery.
Our chosen courier company will deliver your new item to your home, remove it from the box, then take away the packaging and your old appliance if required. If you would like your old appliance taken away, it will need to be disconnected and accessible for easy removal when your new product is delivered. Please note premium delivery is only available in selected areas.
We will provide extra protection in case your delivery is damaged in transit.
This includes express replacement cover, priority customer support and more.
Can I order an item that is not yet in stock?
Be one of the first to order an item, before it even arrives at our warehouse!
If an item is displaying as "pre-order", it means we do not have stock in our warehouses but it’s on its way! We will display the ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) of when we expect stock to arrive from our suppliers.
Pre-order prices are usually our lowest prices, and these will probably go up once the item arrives at the warehouse.
Out of Stock
Unfortunately, sometimes we run out of stock for some items.
You can, however, sign up for a notification of when we know the item is about to arrive. You’ll be the first to know when the item is coming, and sometimes even have the chance to pre-order it. To do so, click on the “Let me know” button under the product’s name.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us, containing the selected carrier’s name and your tracking number. You can track your order on the Kogan.com website using your account details, or you can track it on the carrier’s portal using the tracking number. In some cases, your tracking number may not activate until it is received at your local state delivery depot. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to activate.
If I ordered a bulky item, how will it get delivered?
If you ordered a large TV (65” and above) or a large domestic appliance (e.g., refrigerator, washing machine, etc.), we’ll use one of our specialised carriers to deliver it to your door. Once your order is confirmed and your item is ready to leave our warehouse, you will be phoned by our chosen carrier in 24-48 hours to arrange the delivery of your order Our carriers are doing their best to arrive at the scheduled time, so please make sure someone will be present to sign and receive the item at the specified location.
