"Camera works well. Software seems fine, you are able to connect to the cameras remotely and record information displayed. Meets MY expectations. I am an entry user, so for someone who is a video surveillance guru the software maybe just that - entry level. Sound output and siren volume not very loud. Microphone sound capture good. Main concern for me is the UV resistance of the plastic housing of the actual camera. Couldn't seem to find information about the plastic. Will probably paint the housing with some type of UV protection. Has been outside in crappy wet weather still functioning as per out of the box. Main real gripe is the output wire. 1 Wire that splits into 3 bulky ends. Will have to drill about a 40 mm hole to poke all of the wires through the mounting surface. Lots of fun if going through a brick wall! The other thing that may put potential purchasers off is the size of the unit. It is fairly imposing, not at all discreet. It is not easy to miss."
