Trouble Shooting:

Q: Why did the Wax not pull off all the hair?
A: You are not applying enough pressure with the spatula, Or melted wax is too cool or too thin.
SOLUTION: Re-apply the melted wax with more pressure, so all the hairs are sufficiently shrink by the wax. Re-heat the wax beans until fully melted and re-apply thick enough wax on your skin.

Q: Why is the wax cracking or coming apart when peeling off?
A: The wax has been left on the skin for too long and has cooled down, or the wax has been applied too thinly.
SOLUTION: Re-apply a thicker layer of wax and wait about 20 seconds until the wax has dried, it should not be sticky to touch, then it is time to peel off the wax quickly and firmly.
