Member11 September 2025"The product came in two large boxes. The frame pieces weighed 23 kg , the fire box a little less . Within the frame box the parts were well protected with lots of corrugated cardboard. Lots of small screws and locking nuts are included and you need a Phillips head screwdriver or drill head. The instructions are pretty easy to follow BUT triple check everything is the correct way around and fully secured at every step otherwise the fire box will not go in. We found that it gave off a pretty ordinary smell the first few times we used it . A bowl of water on top with some essential oils fixed this and now after a week no more smell. It heats as well as any other 2000kw heater . Time will tell on the power consumption."
