"It was an office chair which initially looked alright but leans forward making it uncomfortable over a period and the arm bolts work loose. I placed spacers on the front section but even that was unsatisfactory. In addition, the footrest is of no more use than an ash tray on a motor bike. Might I suggest that Kogan implements some form of quality control prior to marketing."
