It does not apply to accidental damage, misuse or neglect. If your return is accepted, we will then send you a replacement product. We request images of defects and faults to be sent prior to accepting return requests. Freight fees are non-refundable.
We will accept returns within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be unused, undamaged, in original condition and in their original packaging. It is important to keep the original packaging. Please note change of mind return will incur a 20% restocking fee of your total bill.
