Return Policies

We offer 14 day change of mind returns:

Please contact us first to obtain an RA number and return instructions. We may also ask for photos showing the condition of the item before approving.

The product must be:

  • Returned or shipped out within 14 days of taking delivery of the product.
  • In original, 're-sellable as new' condition (this means brand new, any seals or shrinkwrapping must still be intact, no signs of it being opened or used).
  • The product box MUST NOT have any permanent writing on it (do not write the RA number we provide onto the product box).
  • All accessories, product box/packaging must be included
  • Serial number must match the original item which we record internally
  • The customer is responsible for any costs involved in arranging the return of the item in a safe manner.

Any items returned where the condition has been misrepresented, or that are not in original, brand new condition (and resellable as brand new), will be rejected and the customer will need to arrange a return postage back to them.

Shipping Information

Delivery charges are automatically calculated and displayed during checkout. The price is determined by weight, dimensions, your time requirements and the distance the package needs to travel.
We ship multiple times daily from our Australian warehouses via various couriers.
Wherever possible, we will try to ship from the nearest stocked warehouse to the customer.

Warranty Information

For returns where the goods are claimed faulty:

Please contact us first with a detailed explanation of the fault/issue to obtain an RA number and return instructions.

The issue may be able to be resolved with basic troubleshooting, which we will assess on a case-by-case basis and will assist you with this.

The duration of your rights and guarantees under 'Australian Consumer Law (ACL)' vary greatly and depends on many factors such as, but not limited to:

  • Value of the goods
  • Type and nature of the goods
  • Whether the goods are classed as low-end, mid-range, high-end

This is seperate from any warranties provided by the manufacturer and may be longer or shorter than the manufacturer warranty.

Manufacturer warranties are separate from your rights under ACL and in no way affect your consumer guarantees.

All manufacturers provide their own warranties on their products that cannot be excluded under ACL. In most cases this is at least 12 months.

Any warranty periods stated in our product names or descriptions are manufacturer warranty periods.

A remedy can be in the form of a refund or replacement or repair or compensation for loss.

Original box, packaging and accessories isn't required by law, but can help speed up the warranty process

The customer is generally responsible for arranging the return of the faulty item, except where the item is considered over-size or too large to post.

The customer has the right to claim return postage costs back from us if the item is confirmed faulty.

If no fault is found with the product, the customer is responsible for paying any costs incurred in returning the product to them and a service fee may also apply.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
