Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original or suitable packaging for transit. Please reset or remove your personal infortmation before returning. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Buyer pays for the return postage and shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 24/14-26 Audsley St, CLAYTON SOUTH, VIC 3169 and from addresses within Australia only.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-refundable Items

In the event an item is unreturnable for whatever reason we will issue a decision on a case-by-case basis. Factors such as location, problem, item and circumstance may affect our ability to assist you in exceptional circumstances, however we will endeavor to achieve a positive outcome. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

Warranty Policy

Warranty

6 Months hardware warranty on refurbished products.

What is covered?

This warranty on Refurbished products includes all hardware components except battery. Does not include accidental damage or loss. 

In case of a defect or an issue. 

• Repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
• Exchange the product with a product.
• Refund the purchase price of the product

Exclusions and Limitations

• Software is not covered under this Warranty.
• Natural deterioration of battery capacity. 
• Recovery and re-installation of system and application software and user data are not covered under this Limited Warranty.
• Any Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse and to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not an Authorised Service. 
• UN Tech will not be liable for any damage to or loss of any programs, data or other information stored on any media.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
