As we know that delivery speed is one key factor that influence our customers’ shopping experience, all the orders are posted within 1-2 business days. 90% of the locations are postage free, and for those islands and remote areas, the shipping cost is reduced to minimum.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped out within 2 business days from receiving the order, but may delay during holidays and Weekends. Please check your delivery address and make sure they are correct. Please make sure that somebody is at home during delivery date.

Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 2 and 7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will require longer period of time. Please use the tracking number to track your package, once it has been uploaded to Kogan.

All of the orders is dispatched by Australia Post. If you have any concern about your delivery, please contact the courier with provided tracking number. And of course, we would be happy to support you for delivery problems. 

Warranty 

Each product purchased from us has a 12 month warranty from the date of delivery, and our warranty covers all quality or manufacture related issues. It may be necessary for the product to be returned for testing to uncover any problem. 

Please verify that your goods have been shipped correctly without damage when receiving stock. If any product ordered by you arrives damaged or is not of acceptable quality you may reject it or contact us for support. 

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. 

Our warranty does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions. Our warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered or tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorized by us to provide service (not including standard periodic maintenance).Warranties do not apply where items are resold or rented for the purpose of profit. 

Until the nature of any fault is determined, the resolution we can offer may vary. Where necessary, the item may need to be returned for testing to uncover any problem. 

Where goods returned under this warranty are found to not be defective, we reserve the right of reimbursement by you for retrieval or postage costs incurred by us in relation to the goods, and a re-stocking fee equal to 10% of the purchase price of the good paid (being our estimate of our reasonable costs incurred as a result). In such cases, you agree that we may hold your goods until such payment is received by us.

Returns

Returns must be notified to us within 30 days since the product were delivered.After 30 days, your order will be assumed satisfactory and claims of delivery errors or requests for returns or exchanges will not be accepted. 

All returns must be directed through Customer Service. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item(s) may not be identifiable and accepted. 

Applicable freight fees and a 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund in cases where you changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return the product. This also applies to orders cancelled while in transit. 

You are entitled to return an item if you believe that there is a problem. You are generally responsible for returning the item if it can be posted or easily returned. For items collected from our warehouse, it is generally the buyer's responsibility to return the item for a warranty claim (exceptions apply). 

You are entitled to recover reasonable postage or transportation costs if the product is confirmed to have a problem and is eligible for warranty, however, a receipt will be required. 

Photos and/or videos of the item may also be requested to assist in the return process. 

When a return is authorized, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the product is packaged securely to prevent any damage during the return process. All original parts need to be included in the package for return. Failure to do so may affect the ultimate resolution to be offered. 

If the item is required to be returned, the outcome of the inspection should take no longer than 6 business days from the date the item is received by our service department (times may vary).
