Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We only accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for products with a manufacturing defect or a quality issue. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us via the Order History in your Account dashboard.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is processed and shipped, please allow for an estimated delivery time.

Estimated Delivery Time (ETA): 3 to 10 working days

Please note that this delivery timeframe is an estimate and not a guarantee. The total time to receive your order is the processing time + shipping time.

Example: If you place an order on Monday, it may take until Wednesday to process. Once shipped, it could then take an additional 3 to 10 working days to arrive.

Shipping times may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods (e.g., holidays).

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use a variety of reliable carriers to ensure the best possible service for your location.


Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
