Our store, The Hairy Fairy, specialises in fun kids costumes, colourful hair extensions and glitter. We bring a touch of magic to every product, focusing on quality, creativity and joy for children and families alike.
We accept exchanges for costumes if the size is incorrect. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. However, due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions and glitter products.
We dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. If a product is found to be faulty we will replace it. However, due to the nature of our affordable dress-up items, we do not offer a general warranty.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
