TechUp offers a 14-day return or exchange on all pre-owned and refurbished products, provided items are returned in original condition with the invoice or order confirmation.
Brand new sealed products are not eligible for return unless faulty.
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If a product is faulty or damaged, TechUp will provide a prepaid return label.

All products include a 12-month return-to-base warranty (unless otherwise stated), valid from the invoice date.
To make a warranty claim, customers must contact TechUp Australia to arrange assessment. Once the device is received and verified, we will offer a repair or replacement. If this is not possible, a refund will be provided. Repairs are typically completed within 5–7 business days.
The warranty does not cover physical or liquid damage, tampering, or unauthorised repairs or modifications.
For warranty claims, customers are responsible for shipping the device to TechUp Australia. TechUp Australia covers return shipping for repaired or replacement items.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
