We only accept refund or grant exchange for the purchase price if this product does not meet your expectations or DOA. If you change your mind, we will still provide refund (exclude shipping cost) and you need to pay for the return postage.
The item must be fully resalable condition (clean and undamaged in original packaging). If you intend to return the item please email or call for instructions. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the shipping and handling fee.
