At SONAX you can shop with total peace of mind. If you change your mind when you receive your order you can send it back to us.
We will gladly honor any reasonable and genuine request for a product return. However, we will not provide a refund or replacement if the product is opened or used, and not in the condition received. We take pride in our products and all products are carefully checked and carefully packed prior to shipping so we hope you never receive a damaged product.
All orders will be processed and freighted, during business hours only, to the requested location.
We will accept returns no older than 30 days, from the date of purchase. For the product to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused/unopened and in its original packaging.
Please attach any relevant information, such as photos of both the packaging and the item damaged to help process your return as fast as possible. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (invoice).
In the case of item(s) returned to us in ‘as new’ condition, we don't charge a restocking fee, but we do not pay for return shipping, nor do we refund your shipping charge on the original purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to an error on our behalf, are not eligible for return. All sale and discount items are excluded from this policy.
SONAX provides warranty and satisfaction guarantees pending appropriate and reasonable use of products for their intended purpose. Abuse, modification, alterations, or use of any product outside it's intended or described purpose can be grounds for denial of warranty claims. All products covered against manufacturers defects, however, are not covered for normal wear and tear or items in a condition indicative of improper or unintended use.
Consumable items such as pads and applicators will be covered against defects for their average useful life as defined by SONAX. Warranty and guarantee apply to the original owner only and are non-transferable.
If there is a defect in a SONAX product, your purchased product will be replaced, or we will refund you the purchase price paid. SONAX makes no other warranties or conditions including any implied warranty or condition of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, condition, warranty, right or remedy conferred on Customer by the Australian Consumer Law under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement.

There are many factors beyond SONAX control that are uniquely within the user's specific knowledge and control. The user is solely responsible for evaluating the SONAX product and determining whether it is suitably fit for their particular application. SONAX will not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damage related to the use of its products.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If returns are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Only regular priced items will be refunded, sale and clearance items cannot be refunded.
We can only exchange items if they are defective or damaged, based on clear evidence that the defective or damaged state occurred while in our care. If you need to exchange the same item, please contact us.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
