Returns Policies

<font color="#000000" face="Times New Roman" size="3">To ensure complete peace of mind, we offer a 14-Day Change of Mind Policy. A 15% restocking fee applies, and customers may return any unopened and unused item, in its original packaging, within 14 days of receiving the product.</font>

Please note the following conditions:

  1. The Change of Mind Policy does not apply to bonus or discounted items.
  2. Returned products must be in resalable condition.
  3. Products must be unused and in good condition.
  4. Items that are new but missing their original packaging will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  5. Items with visible signs of wear, damage, or water exposure will not be accepted.
  6. For change-of-mind returns, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  7. Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. If the product is damaged during return shipping, the customer may be required to file a claim with the courier.
  8. Customers must arrange the return via courier, as our warehouse is not open to the public. This policy ensures a safe, secure, and efficient process for both customers and staff.
  9. Returned items must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in 100% re-sellable condition upon arrival at our facility.
  10. Do not write on or affix labels directly to the product or its original packaging. Shipping labels must only be placed on the outer shipping carton or satchel.
  11. Certain items may not be eligible for return under this policy. For further information, please contact our customer service team.

Warranty Information

All our products are covered by a warranty. Most items include a standard 12-month warranty. Please refer to the specific product listing for detailed warranty information.

Once your claim has been assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be contacted with the next steps regarding a return, refund, or replacement. Please do not return any item without prior approval from us.

A refund or replacement will not be issued if the product has been misused, mishandled, or improperly installed. Customers are responsible for following all instructions and guidelines provided by the manufacturer.

If the item is damaged during transit, you must notify us on the day of delivery or the following business day. This allows us to lodge a timely claim with the courier under the shipping insurance policy. To initiate the warranty process, a detailed description of the issue is required, along with supporting images or a short video clip, if applicable.

Please note that claims for transit damage submitted more than 7 days after delivery cannot be accepted, as this exceeds the allowable timeframe for submitting a shipping insurance claim.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
