We take customer satisfaction seriously and want to ensure that every customer is 100% satisfied with their purchase so we offer a generous 30-Day Return Policy from date of invoice. We will only accept returns for change of mind if the goods are unused, undamaged and in a resalable condition complete with all original parts, documents and packaging. Due to our infection control policies, change of mind returns will not be provided on the following types of goods unless the product fails to meet a consumer guarantee under Australian Consumer Law. This includes but is not limited to items in the following categories:
• Clothing/Incontinence Wear
• Daily Living Aids
• Bathroom/Toilet Aids
• Bedroom Equipment and Aids
• Infection Control Products
• some Mobility Aids
• Fall Prevention Aids.
Goods must be returned at the customers expense and any refund will be less the original freight fees. Some items may attract a restocking fee which will also be deducted from the refund price.
This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
We aim to dispatch all items within 1 business day from our Sydney warehouse. Under normal conditions deliveries will take 2-5 business days, however orders to remote areas may take longer.
Freight and delivery fees are payable by the customer and calculated based on the shipping location and boxed dimensions. We work with various freighting companies to provide reasonable freight costs and quality service – the type will be determined by us based on the shipping location and boxed dimensions. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.
Combined postage for different products is not available as size and weight limitations prevent items from being packaged in a single box.
All products come with minimum 12 month manufacturers warranty.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
