At ReDial, we offer a no-questions-asked free return available within the first 30 days from delivery.
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your device to organise a courier delivery back to PhoneCycle Pty Ltd.
The refund or exchange will not be processed until the item has been received by us and tested. The guarantee will not cover any device damaged by the user, such as water damage or drops.
The guarantee will be null and void if the customer attempts to repair the device. If a customer returns the item due to change of mind, the customer will pay for the delivery of the return.
All devices sold come with a minimum 12-month warranty. Register your device in our warranty form to be eligible.
Our warranty covers functional defects, where if faulty, we will either repair or replace the mobile device. If that's not sufficient, we will reimburse you for the purchase price of the device.
Please note, our warranty conditions exclude faults caused by the way the device is treated and/or used, such as water damage or drops.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
