Warranty

This Digilex’s product carries warranty is on “Return to base” basis, the owner is responsible for the delivery of the equipment to the point of Service Centre and for collecting the repaired or replaced equipment from the same location. For residential applications and commercial applications subject to variation at Digilex’s discretion, from date of purchase.

Subject to the conditions of this warranty, Digilex or an authorized Service Centre will perform necessary service on the product without charge for parts or labor Australia wide, if the product is found to be faulty within the warranty period.

This warranty only applies to products sold by Power Pack Entertainment Pty Ltd and only where the products are used and serviced within Australia. Warranty cover only applies to service carried out by a Power Pack Entertainment Pty Ltd Service Centre and only if valid proof of purchase is presented when warranty service is requested.

This warranty is applicable only if the product has been installed and used in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations under normal use and reasonable care. The warranty covers normal use only unless specified and does not cover any service consequent upon accident, alteration, misuse, unauthorized repair, fire, floods or acts of God. The company reserves the right to determine whether or not the fault is caused by faulty workmanship or material or that any part is defective.

If warranty service is required, you should:

1. Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with all included accessories, be in new condition suitable for resale, and must not have been damaged during the time the product is in your possession, including up until we receive the product and your purchase Invoice document.

2. Subject the rest of this policy, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase of Digilex Brand product, you can contact us within 14 days of taking delivery and return the product. You will then receive a store credit for the purchase price of your product (excluding the initial delivery charges as set out in your order confirmation email).

3. The product must be returned to us within 7 business days of your request to return your product

4. This Change of Mind Policy is in addition to the Digilex Minimum Voluntary Warranty Policy

5. You must return the product at your own cost and you must comply with the directions for returning the product that our staff provide to you. The product will remain your responsibility during transit until they are received at the address supplied by our staff. We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage which may occur during transit.

6. We reserves the right to make changes to this Change of Mind Policy without notice.

Digilex will provide you with your choice of a return(in 14days from purchase), repair or exchange for this product if it become defective within the warranty period. Digilex will bear the reasonable expense of claiming the warranty, this warranty will no longer apply where defect is a result of alteration, accident, misuse, abuse or neglect. Similarly, your 12 month Replacement guarantee does not cover freight or any other costs incurred in making a claim. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.

Nothing in this warranty shall be construed as affecting any rights you may have under the Trade Practices Act or any other Federal or State Legislation which gives you rights that cannot be modified or excluded by agreement.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
