At Pet City we strive to make shipping as easy and efficient as possible. We are currently using Sendle - Carbon Neutral shipping service.
At this time all parcels are Authority to Leave as per the courier (Couriers Please & Aramex/Fastway). In making your parcel ATL we will not be able to offer any extra tracking advice or delivery assistance once parcel is delivered. Please make sure you have a safe spot to leave your parcel. If there is no safe place for your parcel than it will be taken to a post office or local Pop station.
Orders are processed and shipped in a 3 day period. Shipping is not express and are delivered in usual courier times.
Pet City can provide a refund if the item you have purchased is faulty or does not function the way it's supposed to. We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, buy the wrong size, type or colour. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.
We require the item to be returned to us before the refund can be processed (see below).
If, at Pet City's discretion, a return is accepted where we are not legally obligated to do so, an exchange may be offered or a refund less a restocking fee.
Delivery fees cannot be refunded if your parcel has already been dispatched.
If you need to return the items via mail the customer is required to pay for shipping.

Within 3 months of original purchase date. This might vary for some items that have warranties or guarantees, refer to your receipt or original product package.
If you have a item that has malfunctioned or stopped working within the warranty period, you may be entitled to a replacement or to have the item fixed. As the conditions vary greatly for every item, please contact us.
Some items have a 100% guarantee for a certain period. You may be elligible for a refund or exchange if the item is not performing the way it is advertised per the guarantee. You are required to return the item, packaging (if applicable) and proof of purchase within the end of the guarantee period.
Most of our premium pet foods have a guarantee that your pet will love them. If not, you may be elligible for a refund or exchange. Please return the bag of pet food and your proof of purchase. You may be denied a refund or exchange if an excessive amount of claims have been made already.
Brands that do not have a palatability guarantee are: Supercoat, Optimum, Bonnie, Meals for Mutts (9kg -20kg).
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
