All new products sold by Personal Digital come with an Australian Manufacturer's warranty. The warranty covers all manufacturer faults, excluding any misuse of the product (Physical or liquid damage etc). Usually, this period is 6 - 24 months depending on the item. Please contact the manufacturer for any warranty claims. You can also contact us for warranty support, however may take a little longer as we do this process on behalf of you the customer.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
