Return Policy

Any faulty or damaged stock returned within 14 days will be replaced at no charge. If an order has been received and is incorrect through the fault of Lifetime Health Products, it will be replaced at no additional charge to the customer or a full refund of the initial charge will be given upon its return to Lifetime Health Products.

Domestic Shipping

• Rates are automatically calculated at Checkout for Australian deliveries based on Australia Post domestic rates.
• All goods domestic orders are sent via Couriers Please freight company.
• Delivery time – 2–5 days depending on your location within Australia.
• Ensure your email address is correct, as you will receive email notifications about your parcels journey to you.
• Australia post will leave a card for you if you are not at home stating that your parcel has been taken to your local post office and awaits collection.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
