We offer refunds on all damaged/faulty products up to 30 days from receiving an order.
We adhere to a 14-day Change of Mind (COM) policy, allowing customers to return items if they change their mind, provided:
- The item is in brand new, resalable condition.
- The customer pays for the return postage.
For Change of Mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return postage costs. If the return is due to a fault or error on our part, we will cover the return postage.
All products are under $250 AUD and therefore will have a 3 month warranty.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
