We provide DISPATCH WITHIN ONE BUSINESS DAY (Excluding all public holidays & weekends)

Mobile Guru Australia will allow a free return where you have changed your mind, provided that the item in question is:
· Returned within 30 days from the date of purchase;
· As new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags intact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
· In a resalable condition; and not damaged in any way;
· The item should have the purchasing slip as a record that you bought the particular device from us;
· The item should be returned with original packing and all the accessories that were provided with it;
· Prior to returning any item, you must contact us.
We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken. If the item is not received by Mobile Guru Australia, you will not be eligible for a refund. You may be provided with a product exchange, refund only when the returned product is received, and it complies with the requirements outlined above. If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.
Our quality control teams do inspect all deliveries to ensure the products you receive meet our exact quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us to arrange a return delivery and a refund or exchange. The return must be received by Mobile Guru Australia within 30 days for full refund.
Mobile Guru Australia offers 12 months warranty on all mobile phones, where the warranty starts from the date of purchase. No physical damage and water damage is covered under warranty.
All accessories and bonus gift are not covered by warranty.
The warranty won’t be applicable if the item has been modified, altered or tampered with by third party.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
