We offer a 14-day money back guarantee. If you’re not happy with your purchase or change your mind you can request a return of the item within 14 days from the date of receiving it and return the item to us with original accessories and packaging at your expense for a full refund of the cost of the item minus a restocking fee of our original postage cost.
DOA (Dead on Arrival) / Faulty Item Return Policy
We offer a 30-day DOA / Faulty Item Peturn Policy whereby if an item is found to be damaged, dead-on-arrival or faulty within 30 days of receiving the item we will cover the cost of the return.
Our warranty applies to all physical goods purchased from (i.e. not software installed on the machines).
The warranty covers:
- Any defect in material or quality under normal use during the warranty period.
- Any hardware failures such as cpu, memory, drive, motherboard, power supply, keyboard, touchpad, etc under regular usage.
- Batteries for a maximum of 3 months, as they are considered a consumable. We ensure that all units we sell have batteries that have a minimum of 50% of their original capacity.
- Originally installed software (not including any updates).
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage, conditions and malfunctioning not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
- Any accidental damage such as dropping or liquid damage
- Software or firmware updates or applications installed after receiving the product
All items we sell are covered by our 6-month or 12-month same-as-new Return-To-Base (RTB) warranty (time period specified per item). You will need to return the item to us with all accessories at your expense for a repair or replacement.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
