When our orders are dispatched, you will receive an auto-generated email from us indicating the courier company we used, as well as the associated tracking number. If you did not receive the item within the estimated delivery period and the tracking number provided is not helping, please contact us. All items will be delivered to the shipping address provided unless otherwise agreed by us. MAD Electronics Australia will take reasonable care to dispatch your order within the estimated dispatch time frame provided in our listing.
The estimated shipping time frame is 1-6 business days after dispatch, depending on the shipping address and is subject to the limitations of our third-party delivery companies. As such, we do not guarantee that the item will be delivered within the estimated delivery time frame. The decision to compensate for a lost or damaged parcel will depend on the third-party courier.

Order Amendment or Cancellation – requested by customer
We cannot guarantee changes to your order can be made once it has been paid for. An order cannot be amended or cancelled without prior written approval from MAD Electronics Australia. Changing of shipping address, product or quantity after you have paid are examples of amendments that need prior approval from us. You may not assume that we have to do so upon receiving your request. We reserve the right to approve or reject any requests for order amendment or cancellation based on your reasons; whether the time you provided for us to make the amendment or cancellation is reasonable; and the presence of any delay from our side causing this request.
Please note that while your emails are important to us, they may not be read immediately after they are sent, so we do not assume responsibility for amending or cancelling on grounds that you emailed us shortly after paying for the order. If your order has already been shipped, you may return your order in accordance with our Warranty Returns Policy. We may also charge additional shipping costs if we need to resend your parcel for reasons including but not limited to the customer's change of mind, an incorrect address, the parcel being unclaimed or a purchase made in error.
Order Cancellation – by MAD Electronics Australia
We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time at our own discretion. If you have already paid for the order, we will issue a full refund or offer an equivalent or substitute product to you at our agreed price.
If a product becomes unavailable, we may cancel the order and either offer you a substitute model or refund your payment as soon as possible
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about a purchase, it is at our discretion whether we accept a return for refund. We will generally accept a return provided you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, the product is in its original condition, and the product is not a consumable or software. Change of mind returns will only be eligible for a refund on the product’s sale price, and in some cases, a partial refund on the product’s sale price. If the product is not in its original condition but deemed resaleable by MAD Electronics Australia, we may accept a return for refund and deduct 15% of the sales value from the final refund amount. All postage is to be to be paid by the customer.
Refunds
Refunds will only be made to the original account of purchase.
Warranty
Without prejudice and to the extent allowed by the Trade Practices Act 1974, The Australian Consumer Law and Competition and Consumer Act 2010, all hardware sold by MAD Electronics Australia is covered by a one-year limited warranty and is also backed by Australian manufacturer warranty. Where the manufacturer warranty period exceeds one year, we will advise the customer to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty support after the first year of purchase. Due to the nature of consumables products and software, they are not returnable or refundable items.
Any defective products purchased from MAD Electronics Australia and affiliates that fall within the warranty period provided will be covered, unless they fall within the following conditions:
· Physical Damage on the product not caused in the event during transit or Dead on Arrival (DOA) but caused due to mishandling, incorrect use of the product for its purposes, improper installation of the product, by accident, insect or vermin infestation, improper method or failure to maintain service and handle the item with reasonable care.
· The product has been modified using unauthorised methods. Any modifications on the product including physical and software modifications using third-party unauthorised software such as third-party firmware updates will void the warranty of products.
· The warranty seal or serial number of the item has been tampered with.
· The item has been serviced by another party other than MAD Electronics.
· Consequential loss including but not limited to data, programs, software or other information stored on storage products, computer or laptop systems.
· Software
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
