Return Policies

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange. After that, we won’t be able to process your return.

For an item to qualify for a return, it must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. If you’re returning shoes, the shoebox must be unmarked and undamaged—please pack it inside another box for shipping. Avoid putting tape or labels directly on the shoebox.

Warranty Information

Linodes offers a 90-day limited warranty on all dance shoes.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal and intended use, including:

  • Detached soles within the warranty period.
  • Broken elastic or defective stitching not caused by external damage.
  • Faulty heel or sole structure affecting normal use.

The following conditions are not covered under this warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear from practice or performance.
  • Damage caused by improper care, water exposure, or misuse.
  • Alterations or repairs not performed by Linodes.
  • Discomfort due to incorrect size selection.

Warranty Claim Process

To request a warranty claim, please contact us via your Order History with the following information:

  • Order number or proof of purchase
  • Photos showing the defect
  • A short description of the issue

Our support team will review your request within 3 business days and offer a solution, which may include replacement or repair depending on product availability and condition.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
