If you experience an issue with your purchase, please get in touch with us. We will review your concern and let you know whether the item can be returned, along with any instructions required for sending it back.
Once we receive the returned item, we will carry out an inspection to assess the issue. If the problem is confirmed, we’ll provide you with a suitable solution, such as a repair, replacement, or refund.
If, after inspection, we determine that a remedy is not applicable—such as in cases of misuse, failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions, abnormal use, or lack of reasonable care—we will decline your claim.
At Lenster, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may return your goods within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are in their original, unused condition, suitable for resale, and include all original packaging, accessories, and tags. The customer is responsible for the risk and cost of returning the item, including postage. We recommend using a tracked service for your return.
If the returned goods do not meet the above criteria, the refund won’t be approved. Please note that returns requested after the 14-day period, or returns of open, used, or damaged items, will not be approved.
If you would like your order left at your door or in a specific location, please include these instructions in the seller’s notes when placing your order.
Please note that dispatch times may be affected by public holidays or other business-related factors.
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been dispatched, the original postage fee may not be refundable. Additional charges may also apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests. For orders with free shipping, a restocking fee of $9.95 will apply to cover the costs of dispatch.
Under normal circumstances, delivery takes between 2–6 business days, though large items or remote destinations may take longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Please note that we do not operate a physical storefront, and pickup is not available. By placing an order, you agree to the postage and handling terms outlined above.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
