Please ensure your shipping address is correct prior to submitting your order. If the parcel is returned to us as a result of incorrect or incomplete address, your order will be refunded minus the shipping and handling cost.
Once an order is placed, in most cases it is not possible for us to alter / make corrections to shipping addresses. We will need you to cancel the order so you can place a new one with the correct shipping details.
The buyer has the responsibility to have the correct delivery address. Buyer absorbs the risk if the package returned because of incorrect address provided by the buyer. Buyer will be responsible for additional charges to have the package reshipped.
We will fully refund and cover the return shipping costs if the item is faulty because of our error (not as advertised).
The item you send back to us must be in the original box, unopened, original state and resale-able condition.
This returns policy comes into effect after an order has been sent out from our warehouse.
Note: Our products outer packaging or page covers will usually have some kind of shelf wear or dents. We cannot guarantee collector's grade mint boxes or books without scratches or reasonable dents.
We offer a 14-day return item for Change of Mind. Change of Mind doesn’t not apply if you simply changed your mind due to find the item cheaper elsewhere, decided you did not like the purchase, or had no use for it, so please check the item listing carefully at the time of purchase.
· Returned within 14 days of taking delivery of the product(s)
· Returned in their original packaging, unopened, unused or unread.
· New condition and suitable for resale
· Not have been damaged during the buyer's possession up to where the seller receives the product
· The buyer bears the risk and cost of the return, including return postage.
· Item must be returned in trackable and insured postage service to avoid loss in transit. Please kindly provide us the tracking number to us.
· Only the initial shipping fee charged to the buyer (as specified in the sales order) will be reimbursed to the seller.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
