Standard shipping is Free with Australia Post eParcel with delivery times as below.
Within Same State:

Interstate
• Metro: Approximately 2-6 business days depending on lodgement and destination points.

We are unable to accept returns for Change of Mind.
The Customer must ship the item back to us for any warranty claims.
If applicable, please back-up any data before sending the device to us. The device should be without any password locks or any other lock restricting the use of the device to any third party. We take no responsibility for lost data during repair/warranty claim.
The warranty claim can take up to 10 business days for assessment, repair and return. Any user data/passcode locks may delay the process.
Warranty doesn’t cover physical damage or water damage, even when accidental. Warranty cover includes only manufacturers faults.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
