General Store Information

Intoleran has entered into a variety of international markets with Remko handing over direction to Harmen Treep as Managing Director International, who brings his wealth of management, marketing and product development experience with brands such Unilever, TomTom and Sonos. Photios joined in mid 2020 to establish local distribution in Australia from his home town of Adelaide. We look forward to providing our products across Australia and the globe!

Return Policy

We have a 100 day return policy on your first order which means you have 100 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund if you are not satisfied that your purchase has been effective for you.

To start a return, you can contact us via the Order History in your Account dashboard. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (or advise you to dispose of stock responsibly) as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage

  • Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchange

  • Please contact us as soon as possible if you have realised you have purchase an item incorrectly.

Refund

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (or we may not require the return), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Policy

Please note due to the changed logistics environment since 2020 following covid-19, there may be longer than usual postage delivery times. We provide eParcel Post and StarTrack Courier options for Australia. 

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
