We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us via the Order History in your Account dashboard.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 9 Duigan Drive, Moorabbin Airport, Vic, 3194, Australia. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

1. The delivery time frame for standard shipping can take 5 to 8 business days, depending on the location we are shipping to within Australia and take more time for international shipping according to the region of your country.
2. You will receive a tracking code via your email and automated updates regarding the progress of your order being shipped.
3. It is your responsibility to ensure you monitor the shipping updates sent to you and to click on your tracking number if you would like more details about the status of your shipment, including the estimated date of arrival.
4. Unless you have specified other, all items shipped need to be signed for upon receipt - this is for your security. If you are not home or unavailable at the time of attempted delivery where a signature is required, a card will be left in your mailbox which will provide details of the post office nearest to you where you can collect and sign for the receipt of your products ordered.
5. Shipping delays may take place during peak periods and due to acts of nature including but not limited to flooding.
6. Please check the order details carefully. The correct delivery address must be submitted at the time of order. We cannot be held responsible for errors in the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout.

11. Our customer service might consider refunding your purchase after deducting all related shipping costs if the customer mistakenly returns the parcel due to a tax or customs related expense without contacting us first.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
