Gizmo Grove shall dispatch all orders via one of multiple shipping providers associated with them. All orders will be dispatched within 2 business. Please note that our shipping partners do not arrange parcel collections over the weekend.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken. The responsibility for bearing the cost and risk of returning goods lies with the customer. If the item is not received by Gizmo Grove, you will not be eligible for a return.
The customer will be provided with a refund only when the returned product is received, and it complies with the requirements outlined above. If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-sending the returned goods back to their nominated address.
All products sold by Gizmo Grove will be covered under their respective manufacturers’ warranty policies. We also abide by all our manufacturers' warranty policies as well as the Australian Consumer Law, and are happy to help out our customers if they ever need to claim. For products that are defective or dead-on-arrival, Gizmo Grove shall arrange a refund or a replacement as per the customer's preference, provided such defects are reported by the customer within 30 days of receipt of the product.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
