If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your Express Pods products, please contact us within 7 days to arrange a return, replacement or refund.
If you have ordered the wrong pods or you are not happy with the taste of our pods, we will send you a return label and exchange or refund your order once the pods have been returned to us.
If taste is the issue, please check out our brewing guide first to ensure you are getting the most out of your pods.
Our refund and returns policy only covers your order during it's transit within Australia via Australia Post. Once your order arrives at it's Australian delivery location and is transitioned to a freight forwardor any damages or delivery issues that occur are no longer covered by us.
For orders less than $90, we offer $6 standard delivery to metro areas and $12 to rural areas.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
