If you have changed your mind, EB Games may offer you an exchange or refund provided that the merchandise is:
* Returned within 14 days of taking delivery of the product(s).
* Returned in original packaging along with all included accessories.
* For brand new products, they must be unworn, unused, unopened, unassembled, in original condition with all original packaging and content included. If the merchandise has a tamper-proof seal, it must be intact and undamaged.
* For preowned products, they must be in original packaging along with all included accessories.
* Not excluded from change of mind returns.
Exclusions under change of mind returns:
* Gift Cards, iTunes music cards or any other digital products.
* Software where packed-in downloadable content (eg. bonus in-game content or other downloadable extras) has been used or is missing.
* Big and bulky items in excess of 20kg.
All orders will be delivered by either Australia Post, Star Track, or Couriers Please.
If you have ordered more than one item, we may deliver your order in multiple packages, if we are unable to fulfil your entire order in one package.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 business days.
If you believe an item is faulty, you may have rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. These rights are not impacted by the change of mind policy or limited by a defined timeframe. However the Australian Consumer Law does recognize that the relevant time period may vary by product (or service) depending on the nature of the goods (or service), the price paid and any representations made about the goods (or service).
If there is a major failure with the item, you may choose a refund, exchange or repair. If the failure is minor, we will repair the item (or, at our discretion, we may replace the item) within a reasonable time. Where an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, EB Games cannot provide a refund, exchange or repair, whether the fault is identified by EB Games, the manufacturer or their service agent.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
