Change of mind
You can return your purchase within 30 days of receiving the order providing all items are new, unused and in their original sealed packaging. Return postage will be paid by: Buyer
Faulty Items
You can request replacement or return your purchase within 30 days of receiving the order where the item was dead on delivery or faulty. Please contact us prior returning an item.
We will process your refund once we receive the returned items in tact as per this policy. Refunds will be paid back to the original payment method. Please note it may take up to 10 days for the refund to show up on your account due to processing times of payment providers.
All orders are shipped from Melbourne via Australia Post with tracking and insurance. Orders containing batteries can be shipped only by road due to carrier and aviation restrictions.
All products are covered by the relevant manufacturer warranty.
Warranty cover does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
