Returns

Dr Gear doesn't currently offer a change of mind policy. In certain circumstances we may offer a return at our discretion provided certain terms are met. These include:

• The item is returned within 14 days of purchase
• Proof of purchase is provided with the item
• The item is in re-saleable condition in original packaging, unused with all packaging and accessories
• The item isn't on the list of items not suitable for return (see below)

If we accept a return for change of mind, a restocking fee of 15% shall apply.

ITEMS THAT CAN'T BE RETURNED

Dr Gear cannot offer a refund on any of the items below unless in the case of valid warranty claims where a repair or replacement is not available or under any other conditions set forth under the Australian Consumer Law Act

- Special deals and clearance items
- Harmonicas
- Books and printed materials
- Items with an individual value over $1000 including GST
- Special order items

OTHER RETURNS

Dr Gear will accept returns on the following items

• The product is faulty due to manufacture
• The product is not fit for its intended purpose as advertised
• The product is significantly not as described

Dr Gear reserves the right to assess all faulty items for repairability or replacement.

No returns shall be accepted without proof of purchase

FUNCTIONALITY DIFFICULTIES

If your item is faulty, contact us via phone or email and we will guide you through the process of preliminary troubel shooting and assessment and provide you with a return authority number so we can rectify the issue.

DR GEAR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO:

Assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to offering a repair, exchange or refund. If we deem the fault to not be manufacturer related, due to misuse or wear and tear or outside of warranty we shall charge a service fee for the assessment and will offer to repair the item is feasible and advise on an estimated cost. Please note:

• Refunds will be issued using your original payment method
• Refunds will not be provided for the purchase of gift vouchers. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
• Please return any accessories and manuals supplied with product

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
