Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days of order confirmation.

Expected shipping times

Please allow 5-20 business days for delivery; (The average shipping time to Capital Cities are 5 to 10 days and 7 to 20 days to remote areas);

Returns Policy

If there is any problem with your order, please reach out to us with a detailed description. If possible please attach a photo so we can identify the cause of problem more easily.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or you have changed your mind, you can return the products to us in its original packaging and saleable conditions within 30 days from the date of order.

Please note that the product must be unused and in brand new condition, otherwise the return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for covering the return costs and the initial shipping fee is non-refundable.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand Consumer Gaurantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
