If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund. If a product has been delivered to you and you have opened the original product packaging then you have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Important: Returned goods must be unopened and in original condition. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. A restocking fee may apply if packaging and/or product has been opened.
Where the product is not returned within 30 days, Cygnett reserves the right not to accept return of the product, except where the product is under manufacturers warranty and you can provide evidence that the product is faulty.
To initiate a return, please contact Cygnett Care via your Order History and a member of our customer service team will assist you. Once we have received your item your refund or replacement will be assessed.
Once your return is received and assessed, a refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Cygnett does not offer exchanges on any items.
Cygnett will only replace items that are defective and will only exchange items for the same product as per our Warranty Policy.
Returns cannot be processed for sale items unless defective. Items purchased using coupon codes are accepted and not classified as sale or clearance items.
We aim to dispatch orders from our warehouse in one business day from time of purchase, although this can be delayed due to item availability or seasonal backlog.
Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) from 8am - 1pm AEST. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped.
Please be aware that lithium products (such as Power Banks) can only be sent via Regular Post due to being a restricted category (UN3480). Estimated shipping times are between 2-5 business days for regular post and 1-3 business days for express, however during busy periods shipping can take longer. Please visit the Australia Post website for service delays.
Our warehouse is closed on public holidays in Victoria, Australia.
Please be advised that we do not offer international shipping to countries outside of Australia.
Shipping confirmation emails are sent upon dispatch with AusPost tracking details.
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel orders. If it’s already gone don’t worry, you can return the unopened product immediately after you have received it and we will process the refund when we receive it, on the same payment method used to purchase it.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and you will be responsible for return postage. You might receive multiple packages for big orders so when your first package arrives and not everything is in there, hold off because another package is not too far away.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
