Delivery/return/warranty policies

Costway is dedicated to satisfying every user to ensure that everyone would have a fabulous purchase experience in every phase. Aftersale service is an indispensable part, which deserve our full attention. By settling every dispute peacefully in a proactive manner, we believe that it is a way to improve ourselves to get closer to our users. Costway return policy is a promise to every user of our website or product.

Note:

• All of our items have a three months' warranty. Items arrive damaged or defective can be returned within 90 days after the order is placed.
• We ensure that all of our items are brand new and in excellent condition prior to shipping. In the event that you receive an item which does not conform to those standards, please feel free to contact with us.

Return Policy:

Please contact with us before You return the products follow these requests below:  

• 1. Please send us 1-5 clear photos if there is any damages or quality issues when You receive the item.
• 2. If You simply changed your mind and wish to cancel the order. Please contact with us before we dispatch (1 business day).
• 3. If You want to cancel the order or return the item after dispatch without any quality issues or  isn't a result of our error, please note that the postage fee charged may not be refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return postage costs. Returns/Change will only be accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt and UNUSED.
• 4. If You are not satisfied with any product that you have purchased, please feel free to contact with us, we will try us best to solve the problems for You.
• 5. Items should be returned in their original product packaging and all accessories in the original shipment must be included if you want to return the item.

Shipping Guide:

• We ship items via different carrier according to the weight and size of each product and your address. Either Way will take about 2-7 business days to arrive after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will required longer delivery time.
• And much regret that some extra-remote or off-shore areas will charge extra postage fee and some are not being able to deliver. 
• You could check your postage charge by simply entering your postcode at Checkout.
• Postage are calculated based on the weight and size of each product. Some Large items will cost a lot of postage, if you simply refused the shipment with personal reasons after dispatching or receiving it, we will deduct about $50~$200 (depend on your location and product) from your refund.
• Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.
• Some products may be sent in more than one packages and from different warehouses.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
