Cosmetics Squad will refund or exchange any damage or faulty product at no additional charge. Please contact us with a description of the problem and provide clear images of the damage or fault within 10 days from the date received to allow us to process your refund or exchange. We do not allow refunds or exchange if the item is damaged through misuse. For returns, please consider using a trackable service or purchase shipping insurance to be extra safe.
We will happily accept change of mind returns; however, the item must be unopened, in its original packaging, unused and to us returned within 10 days from the date received. The customer will be required to pay for shipping costs on change of mind returns only.
Shipping
Cosmetics Squad will not cover shipping costs for any returns. Choose whatever courier you would like and ensure the box is packaged properly as to ensure no damage occurs. Please do not ship packages that require a collection. On orders over $75, consider using a trackable service or purchase shipping insurance to be extra safe.
Damaged or defective items
We’ll send you a replacement as soon as possible at no extra cost! Just contact us. If items are damaged or defective, you’ll need to make sure you contact us within 24 hours of the delivery. Make sure to check your items right away when your package arrives! Please include photographic proof that it is damaged.
Lost packages
If your item doesn’t arrive within the time stated (10 business days for AU, 12 business days for NZ), please make sure to contact us right away and we’ll be happy to assist!
If you see the tracking information says your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us quickly and we’ll help you get to the bottom of it! Should orders be sent back to us because of invalid shipping information, we can resend it to the correct address, however the customer is responsible for shipping fees.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
