At CORE CONNECT AUST, we take our responsibility to our customers very seriously.
If you receive a faulty item, or the item becomes faulty within the warranty period, please contact us via our online contact form. We will respond within 48 hours with a proposed solution.
If you change your mind and wish to return your item in it’s original condition, we will provide you a full refund upon it’s return to our Parcel Locker.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Batteries and Chargers – 9 month warranty
Cables and Adapters – 6 month warranty
All other items – 3 month warranty
