All product deliveries will be sent via courier or via australian post, depending on size and weight.
Items sent via courier, cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
If a property is unattended at time of delivery, the driver will leave the item in a safe secure place outside the poperty, also known as 'authority to leave' or 'ATL'.
Authority to leave or 'ATL' means that you, the receiver, has given authority to leave goods without a signature.
You, the purchaser, assume entire liabilty if not present, and threfore we are not held responsible for any goods that either go missing or are damaged due to 'ATL'..
In cases where it is not possible to leave items, such as units or commercial, the driver will leave a card to arrange a suitable time for delivery.
Change of address requests once orders have been received are not permitted. We are only able to send items to the address as per your order details. Any costs incurred for re-delivery is of the buyers expense.
Please allow up to 4 business days for handling time, and therefore please take this into consideration when purchasing.
If you are ordering a Poster/Print, these are printed to order, so please allow up to 7 business days handling time.
Change of Mind
We offer a 30 day returns policy.
The item must not have been used within these 30 days, othewise returns policy is null and void.
Change of mind returns will incur a 15% re-stocking fee.
Items must be returned to us in NEW condition, and be packaged the same as received. Any item that is not sent back in this way will not be accepted upon its return.
Once the item is back with us, we will inspect the item, and then organise the refund/exchange.
The refund amount will also be minus the original postage charge to you. For items that have "free shipping" as freight charge, we reserve the right to deduct an amount equal to the cost of original shipping. (If you would like to know this amount prior to iniciating a return, please contact us.)
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Faulty Items
If you believe you have received a faulty item, this must be brought to our attention via ebay messaging within 5 days of receiving the item.
In the case of a faulty item, photo evidence will need to be submitted to us for assessment. Please then allow for up to 5 business days for assessment.
If deemed faulty, then we will organise a return label/collection from you of the faulty item, and a replacement will be sent out.
In the rare case than an item cannot be replaced, a refund will be issued.
