Shipping and Returns Policy
Standard shipping typically delivers orders within 3-7 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, the specific shipping method selected during the checkout process, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather, events, or public holidays where shipping times may be delayed.
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
The products should be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories.
The items must be in new condition and suitable for resale.
The product must remain undamaged during the customer's possession until it is received by the seller.
The customer is responsible for any risk and cost associated with the return, including postage fees.
We recommend using a tracked and insured service for valuable items.
The seller will reimburse the customer for the initial shipping fee specified in the sales order.
If the returned goods do not meet the policy criteria, the customer must cover the cost of sending the items back.
If there's a disagreement, we will work with the customer to find a resolution.
If any of the following situations occur, sellers may refer to their standard return policies:
-The customer requests a change of mind return after the 14-day period.
- The customer wants to return goods that have been opened, used, or damaged.
The following categories are not covered by the Change of Mind Policy:
- The Change of Mind Policy does not apply to the following items, but the seller may accept them at their discretion:
- Large and/or Bulky Appliances and Furniture (typically requiring "two man lifts")
- Cosmetics, Beauty & personal care products if the packaging or hygiene seal is broken or tampered with
- Perishable Goods & Food items
- Some Pantry Products
- Some Jewellery orders
- Adult toys/sexual health products
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
