Our DJI-Authorised Service Centre is staffed by qualified drone technicians capable of servicing, maintaining, repairing, calibrating and implementing various modifications of DJI drone products.

All of Camzilla's products come with manufacturers' warranties against defects; the terms of these warranties vary according to the specific product. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or queries regarding these terms.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your unit is defective or faulty and falls within the manufacturer’s warranty period and meets their terms and conditions, we will happily provide you with a repair or replacement (pending manufacturer’s assessment).
Change of mind returns will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
