Return and Exchange Policies

Refund Policy.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

​Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via the account dashboard.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and we'll assist you with the exchange process.

Shipping and Warranty Policies 

Warehouse Locations

CamGo's primary warehouse is located on the Gold Coast in Queensland. We also utilise partner warehouse facilities in New South Wales at Kemps Creek and in Victoria at Dandenong. By utilising our delivery network across multiple states it means your online purchased products will arrive to you quickly anywhere around Australia.

Delivery Times

The transit times below apply to all our couriers including Australia Post, Fastway, DHL and Swiship. The transit times below exclude weekends and public holidays. Please note that transit times may vary for delivery to rural locations and during the holiday seasons.

For standard delivery within Australia it is 4 to 8 business days after processing of your order.
For Standard delivery to New Zealand it is 7 to 12 business days after processing of your order.

If you have not received your order within the projected delivery time from shipment then please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Sale Events & Holiday Season

The processing of orders and transit times may be affected during sale events & the holiday season. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during these periods due to increased parcel volumes and courier delays.

Warranty Policy

All purchased items come with a ONE (1) YEAR manufacturers warranty from the date of purchase.

All products sold in Australia come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law, including that they must be of acceptable quality. They are provided with a warranty that ensures the item will function for a reasonable period of time, or be repaired, replaced or refunded depending on the situation.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure
