Returns

• Dead on Arrival products need to informed and RMA is issued to return the faulty product 
• Return label will be provided - Should be returned within 14 days and we will send a replacement
• Change of Mind Items should be returned in original packaging with all accessories and in resellable condition for full refund 
• Return Postage will be paid by Buyer for Change of mind returns

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
