Shipping Information

At Big Warehouse Refurbs, we pride ourselves on our efficient and reliable shipping process. We process and ship orders five days a week, from Monday to Friday.

Once your order is placed, it will typically be shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Our dedicated team ensures that your items are carefully packaged and promptly dispatched to reach you as quickly as possible.

Warranty and Return

Change of Mind Returns

  1. Big Warehouse Refurbs will allow a return if you have changed your mind, provided that the item is returned within 14 days of receiving the order. The item must be in new condition, unused, unworn, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Any package seals must remain unbroken, and the item must be in a resalable condition and undamaged.
  2. We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes if the seals are damaged or broken.
  3. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods, including the return shipping cost. If the item is not received by Big Warehouse Refurbs, you will not be eligible for a return.
  4. A refund will only be provided once the returned product is received and complies with the requirements outlined above.
  5. If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to your nominated address.
  6. Where no incorrect item was supplied or faulty goods involved, a restocking fee may apply to used or refurbished items. Additionally, the original postage charge may not be refunded, even if free shipping was applied to your order.

Incorrect or Faulty Goods

Our quality control teams inspect all deliveries to ensure the products you receive meet our exact quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us to arrange a return delivery and a refund or exchange. The return must be received by Big Warehouse Refurbs within 30 days.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
