To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Our suppliers charge us a 40% restocking fee, Therefore all returns will incur the same restocking fee.
Please be prepared for this fee to be charged when returning goods to us. It is best to contact us first.

All costs associated with return will be at the customers expense.
Automotive Fittings will cover all expenses including return freight charges for wrongly shipped goods.
Automotive Fittings has the right to request the wrong goods back first before the correct goods are shipped.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you notice any damage please take photos for your records and contact us within 24 hours.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Automotive Fittings provides the tracking numbers once they are available and the shipment has been made. Once the order is shipped, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. It will contain a tracking number so that you can trace your order to your door.
Automotive Fittings is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, Automotive Fittings is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned to the corresponding post office and the customer must pick it up from there.
Automotive Fittings will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, with wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase.
Automotive Fittings recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example, their home or place of employment. Automotive Fittings is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
